General Manager of Mining for Komatsu Australia Leo Kaloglou joined the company in November 2011, bringing over 25 years of experience in the industry.
As a key player in Komatsus executive team, Leo has striven to instil the companys principles of quality, safety, and reliability in its staff. With more than 2,300 employees in Komatsus Australian operations, comprehensive communication and training programs are essential. Through these channels, Leo has been involved in the range of implemented initiatives, including Komatsus customer-support charter and its Eight Golden Rules for safety.
