Recently, The CEO Magazine launched a series of subscription competitions and the winner of the first competition, Escape with The CEO Magazine, has been announced.

The competition gave subscribers a chance to win a luxurious safari holiday, which included four nights for two people, staying at Virgin Limited Edition’s Ulusaba – Sir Richard Branson’s Private Game Reserve located in Sabi Sand, South Africa.

New subscribers were invited to enter by describing in 25 words or less, “why you want to escape to South Africa”.

The CEO Magazine received some wildly creative entries, which were judged based on a combination of literary and creative merit as well as originality. The judges selected the following winner on September 1:

“Office grind, driving me insane, luxury resort, ease my pain, big cats on safari, a magical sight, more action than the ABS on Census night!”

The lucky winner, Scott Andrews, Services Financing Sales Leader at IBM, received two return economy airfares from Sydney to Johannesburg and two return economy airfares from Johannesburg to Kruger, from The Africa Safari Co and four nights’ twin share accommodation at Virgin Limited Edition Ulusaba safari lodge in South Africa, courtesy of Inspired Luxury.

The second subscription competition in the series, Indulge with The CEO Magazine, is currently open. This competition offers readers who subscribe to The CEO Magazine ANZ a chance to win a Hill of Grace 2005/2006 Museum Release Collector’s Box valued at $1,795.

Following the closure of the Indulge competition (12.10.16 23:59 AEST) the third competition in the subscription series, Disrupt with The CEO Magazine, will commence (at 13.10.16 00:01), offering readers the chance to win a corporate pass to the World Business Forum.
