This program recognises senior women leaders who are driving measurable impact across business, community and industry over the past 12 months.

Selected finalists will be recognised at a premium leadership event at The Calyx, Sydney, alongside Australia’s most influential executives, founders and changemakers.

Whether applying for recognition or attending as a guest, this event brings together a national community of women leading meaningful change.

Who we are recognising

To be considered for Women in Leadership 2026, applicants should be senior women leaders who demonstrate meaningful impact in their organisation or industry.

Applicants will generally:

Hold a senior leadership role such as CEO, managing director, chair, founder or equivalent

Lead or influence significant business operations within Australia

Demonstrate measurable leadership impact over the past 12 months

Full eligibility criteria are reviewed as part of the application process.

Join The CEO Magazine, in partnership with Commonwealth Bank, for a prestigious awards event recognising Australia’s most influential women in leadership.

This is both a recognition platform and a national leadership gathering.

Across one inspiring afternoon, guests will hear from respected leaders, gain practical insights from Colleen Callander, connect with senior executives and peers, and witness the recognition of the Women in Leadership Awards 2026 finalists.
