With extensive experience as a Managing Partner, he specializes in talent acquisition, board advisory, executive assessment and leadership consulting. Earlier in his career, Hesters held roles in strategic planning and served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy, giving him a unique perspective on leadership and global business operations.

David Humphreys, President and CEO of TAMKO Building Products, is the third-generation leader of the family business founded in 1944. Joining TAMKO in 1989, he became CEO in 1994, guiding the company through growth and industry transformation. Known for principled, data-driven leadership, Humphreys has expanded TAMKO’s product portfolio, manufacturing innovation and technology adoption, reinforcing its reputation for safety, quality and performance in the building products sector.

Derek Maetzold Founder, President and CEO of Castle Biosciences, has led the diagnostics company since 2008, driving innovation in personalized genomic testing for cancer and disease management. Under his leadership, Castle went public in 2019 and expanded through acquisitions, launching new commercial offerings in dermatology and gastroenterology. Formerly in pharmaceutical development, Maetzold brings 25 years of experience in product commercialization and business licensing. His accolades include CEO of the Year 2025 (The CEO Magazine), Most Admired CEO 2025 (Houston Business Journal), and the 2024 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year®. He serves on multiple boards and is co-inventor of several technologies.

CEO of Atlantic Constructors since 2020, Evan Shriver has more than 23 years of construction management experience, leading multibillion-dollar portfolios in complex mechanical engineering and large-scale projects. A Registered Professional Engineer, he holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech and an MBA from James Madison University. Known for operational excellence and technical leadership, Shriver is also a committed advocate for youth development, serving on the boards of the YMCA and Communities in Schools. He lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife Heather and their three children.

As President of Procter & Gamble, Monica Turner leads one of the world’s largest consumer goods organizations, overseeing North America, where her operations serve 385 million consumers across the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. A collaborative and visionary leader, she unites stakeholders around shared goals to drive growth. Turner serves as a Director at Allstate Corporation and has held leadership roles on boards including the University of Cincinnati, the Consumer Brands Association, and NextUp. Recognized by The Wall Street Journal as a Top 250 Board Director, she is committed to opportunity creation and nurturing growth mindsets.

Stephen White is a senior growth and transformation executive, bringing more than 25 years of international leadership in consumer goods. Most of his career has been with Diageo, holding senior roles including Senior Vice President Marketing and Innovation North America and CMO Middle East and North Africa,leading brand, innovation and commercial teams across multiple markets. White’s experience spans North America, Europe and Africa, focusing on portfolio growth, innovation development and organizational leadership.
