David Pich is the Chief Executive of the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia & New Zealand - one of the oldest, largest and most pre-eminent leadership Institutes in the region. The author of two bestselling leadership books, David advocates for sound management and leadership practise in the workplace and beyond. He lives in Brisbane with his wife and two young daughters.
