Holly Masters joined the McGrath Foundation as CEO in 2017 and has been responsible for leading its growth and meeting its first mission of 250 nurses by 2025. She also has an extensive background in building and developing brands globally, across a variety of sectors including fast-moving consumer goods, retail, beauty, media and telecommunications. Holly is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of Chief Executive Women and former Chair of the Leaders of IMPACT Network: Greater Sydney Hub.
