Lynette is the operations manager at FM Global and was appointed to the role in September 2018. In her role, she sets the strategic direction in Australia and New Zealand, executes corporate objectives and ensures compliance with local regulations. She is also responsible for underwriting, engineering, claims, finance and human resources.
Lynette joined FM Global in 1986 and has held various positions in client service, underwriting and management. Most recently, she was the regional senior vice president of Europe for AFM. Prior to FM Global, she worked as an underwriter at Protection Mutual.
Lynette received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana, Ill., USA, and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
