Olivia Molesworth is the founder and Managing Director of Bromleigh Capital, and at 23 years old is the youngest female Fintech entrepreneur running a financing company in Australia.
Following a successful career running the USA operations of Australian eCommerce startups with a focus on operations and strategy, and a consulting role with PricewaterhouseCoopers in International Tax and Transaction Services, Olivia identified the need for young Australian eCommerce startups to access capital in order to scale. She subsequently founded Bromleigh Capital in 2018, Australia’s first ethical financier for Australian eCommerce and digital businesses, after raising almost $1M through angel investment with a further major capital raise currently being undertaken.
As a young female founder, Olivia is passionate about supporting women and young entrepreneurs in the Australian entrepreneurial ecosystem and launched the Bromleigh ‘Female Founders & Young Entrepreneurs’ program. The program works with female founders and young entrepreneurs through complimentary consultations to empower them to grow, understand risk and expand their business in an ethical and supported environment.
