Paul Ingram

Paul Ingram is the Kravis Professor of Business at Columbia Business School, where he is widely recognized as one of the school’s most distinguished teachers and scholars. He has received Columbia University’s highest teaching honor, the Presidential Teaching Award, as well as the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence.

Ingram’s work focuses on leadership, organizations, culture and social networks. His latest book, What Do You Really Stand For? was published by Harvard Business Review Press in 2026. In addition to his academic work, he advises organizations on leadership, organizational design and strategy.
