Suzanne Dick and Heidi Holmes

Suzanne Dick, Principal Consultant at Harvest Wellbeing, and Heidi Holmes, Co-Founder and COO of Mentorloop, join forces to share a thought leadership piece for World Mental Health Day 2018.

Currently the Principal Consultant at Harvest Wellbeing, Suzanne Dick has had many successes in a number of senior roles across education, NFP and government. She has been a highly respected leader and thinker and is now a trusted consultant and advisor. It’s Suzanne’s deep understanding of evolving organisations and the people who empower it, that drive results. Suzanne seeks to look beyond teams and organisational structures – applying human-centred practices to advocate for positive outcomes.

Heidi Holmes is the Co-Founder of Mentorloop, a software platform used by leading Australian companies of all sizes to run effective mentoring programs and build people-first culture leading to more productive outcomes for both the individual and the organisation. She is an accountant and marketer by trade and spent the first years of her career in tax accounting and marketing for the financial services giant, KPMG.

A founder at heart, Heidi’s first start-up was a mature age job board, Adage, in 2011, which she grew and sold to OneShift in 2014. Two years later, Heidi joined forces with her Co-Founder Lucy Lloyd to launch Mentorloop and their mission to make mentoring mainstream.
