With over 20 years experience in the financial services and health and fitness professions, Vanessa worked with Macquarie Bank and Dimensional before heading up the role of Australian CEO of peak performance company, Inside 80 Performance. For over three years, Vanessa helped people maximise their productivity both in and out of the workplace.
Vanessa is passionate about educating leaders on contemporary leadership techniques, and equipping them with knowledge and strategies they can pass onto their staff to ensure authentic high performance is continuously being achieved, avoiding the risk of burnout.
As a result of Vanessa’s genuine love and interest in coaching and business, she founded Next Evolution Performance in June 2016 to continue her education of high performance and productivity strategies with small to medium businesses, as well as individuals and large corporations. Vanessa’s portfolio boasts an impressive list of clients including Boral, UBS and AIA Insurance to name a few.
Vanessa is also a qualified senior group fitness instructor and mentor.
