Farrokh Nariman Cooper is a Satara-based industrialist who built a globally recognized engineering enterprise from a small unit. A Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) graduate from Pune University, he transformed the company over five decades into a diversified manufacturer of engines, gensets and tractors, with exports exceeding US$209 million.

He pioneered the initiative, “Make in Satara, serve the world,” employing more than 3,000 people and maintaining strong labor harmony since 1993. Known for values-driven leadership, he emphasizes trust, skill development and CSR in education, healthcare and disaster relief. His legacy continues a distinguished family industrial lineage and global recognition.

Javed Shafiq Rao is a global real estate leader known for driving large-scale operational transformation and service excellence across complex portfolios. With 20-plus years of international experience, he has held leadership roles across Prestige Group, Mace Macro, Standard Chartered Bank, EFS Facilities Services, Sharjah Airport, Kingfisher Airlines, Jet Airways and Le Méridien, building cross-industry expertise in operations and transformation.

As CEO, he oversees 150-plus properties, 50,000 residential units and a community of more than 200,000, supported by a 6,000-strong team. He manages developments exceeding 15.8 million square meters and is recognized for governance and standard operating procedure design leadership.

Visweswara Reddy Narreddy is the Chairman and Managing Director of Shirdi Sai Electricals Group, one of India’s leading power equipment manufacturing companies with expertise in transformers, EPC projects and renewable energy infrastructure. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 1994 as Managing Partner of Shirdi Sai Electricals and has since built a diversified industrial group with manufacturing facilities across multiple states in India. Under his leadership, the organisation has expanded into integrated energy solutions supporting utilities, industries and national infrastructure development.

He also serves as Chairman of Indo Tech Transformers Limited and Shuchi Alloys and Conductors Technologies Limited, and leads Indosol Solar Private Limited, advancing investments in solar manufacturing. He is widely recognised for his contributions to energy efficiency and innovation, including multiple national awards for excellence in energy conservation.

Partha Sinha is a respected voice on business, brands and culture. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, he blends academic rigor with commercial instinct and cultural insight to interpret markets as systems.

For more than 30 years, he has held leadership roles at Citibank, Ogilvy, Zee, BBH, Publicis, McCann Worldgroup and The Times of India Group, where he served as President. He has chaired the Advertising Standards Council of India and led The Advertising Club as President. Today he advises CEOs on growth, transformation and brand strategy and is a columnist known for clarity.
