A pioneer in transformative wellness practices, Chiva-Som in Hua Hin, Thailand, has launched Online Wellness Services led by wellness advisors, practitioners and experts in a one-on-one video format.

This year celebrating its 25th anniversary, Chiva-Som has delivered its proven holistic wellness therapies to guests worldwide and was crowned ‘Best Destination Spa’ in the Condé Nast Traveller Spa Awards 2020.

Expertly balancing mind, body and spirit, the new tele-therapy service will connect you with the resort’s team to provide bespoke professional support during this time of heightened anxiety and social isolation.

You will be able to speak directly to the experienced wellness team from the comfort of your home via video conferencing and receive personalised feedback regarding your lifestyle and nutrition.

Chiva-Som is also sharing a collection of inspirational wellness content and hands-on tools across its digital channels to keep the body and mind active and healthy while the resort is closed.

From nutritious immune-boosting recipes and holistic wellbeing advice, to virtual exercise programs and self-training tutorials, all content is curated by the resort’s world-class team of trainers and education facilitators,

Chiva-Som Online Wellness Services are available daily until 31 May 2020.

Participants will receive a live health and wellness consultation, followed by a separate one-on-one consultation with a Naturopath, or a physiotherapy or exercise session with a practitioner, depending on their needs.

Reservations are required and should be booked at least 24 hours in advance here.
