Under her leadership, the company achieved 195 percent cumulative after-tax growth between 2022 and 2024, with subsidiaries like Swift Painting Nigeria seeing significant expansion. Fagun is a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion, fostering mentorship, collaboration and operational excellence across her organization.

Lance Kawaguchi
Chair, Middle East & Australia and Group Sustainability – Breton Technology
Lance Kawaguchi is a globally accomplished executive with more than 26 years of experience in financial strategy, capital deployment and international growth initiatives. He has structured more than US$42 billion in energy and infrastructure transactions across six continents.
Based in Riyadh, he guides cross-border partnerships in EVs, clean energy and AI. He also serves as Strategic Advisor to the CEO at Mental, helping scale an AI-powered mental health platform, and as a board advisor at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Formerly CEO of Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, Kawaguchi led a biotech accelerator and clinical trials funding program, earning recognition as The CEO Magazine’s Not-for-Profit Executive of the Year and Third Sector’s CEO of the Year in 2022 – the only executive globally to receive both honors in the same year.
