Michael Bunting has worked in the field of leadership development, organisational development, leadership research and leadership program design and development for more than 15 years. He is the founder and managing director of WorkSmart – a company that supports the development of conscious business leaders.
Michael has lived and worked in three different countries and launched two other successful businesses in addition to WorkSmart. He has an honours degree in Business Administration and a post‐graduate diploma in psychotherapy, and is currently a guest lecturer in the University of Sydney’s award winning Executive MBA program. He is also co-author of Extraordinary Leadership in Australia-New Zealand with Jim Kouzes & Barry Posner.
