FIVE LUXE

Set to open its doors in early 2024, FIVE LUXE at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a prime beach property. With more than 200 hotel rooms and suites, opulent residences, multiple culinary and nightlife venues, a private beach with a Beach Club, an iconic Social Pool, a spa and an expansive outdoor gym, it will cater to every indulgence. If you’re a sports enthusiast, enjoy a state-of-the-art paddle tennis court. The entire property offers uninterrupted sunset sea-views and glittering sights of Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah, bringing luxury and leisure together.

Kempinski Floating Palace

Take a break from the usual and experience a maritime adventure at Kempinski Floating Palace, in the heart of the Arabian Gulf. Set to open in 2025, the pyramid-topped hotel is set to feature 156 rooms and a connected floating helipad. Twelve strategically positioned floating villas will encircle this central oasis so guests can seamlessly navigate between the hotel and the picturesque surroundings. Each villa, a complete experience in itself, spans two floors and will feature a roof terrace and an infinity pool that adds a touch of serenity to the azure waters.

The Lana

Nestled in the heart of Downtown Dubai, The Lana is a collaboration between Dorchester Collection and Omniyat, and is redefining luxury with its opening this year. This 30-story architectural marvel that marks Dorchester Collection’s debut in the Middle East houses 225 guest rooms. The contemporary design of the property puts an emphasis on Dubai’s stunning vistas, and when visiting, you can find the pinnacle of indulgence in the signature Presidential and Royal Suites. Strategically located just 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport, and a short walk from iconic landmarks like Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, the hotel pairs luxury with convenience. The Lana’s diverse amenities – from the modern Mediterranean restaurant on the fourth floor to the rooftop pool and spa on the 30th floor – promise an unparalleled experience in the vibrant cityscape.

SIRO at One Za’abeel

Dubai has welcomed a new fitness-centric hotel brand in 2024, with the opening of Siro at One Za’abeel. Nestled at the entrance of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), offers stunning views of the emirate’s skyline. It’s a wellness sanctuary as much as it is a hotel, with a state-of-the-art fitness club with a 1,000-square-meter gym and dedicated spaces for yoga, meditation, strength and more. Additionally, you will have access to tailored wellness programs and a Recovery Lab offering a range of treatments like cryotherapy and acupuncture. It’s a haven for those who prioritize wellness.

One&Only at One Za’abeel

Just a leisurely stroll from the World Trade Centre and minutes from DIFC and Downtown Dubai, One&Only at One Za’abeel is the sophisticated retreat you’ve been looking for. The meticulously crafted rooms at this newly opened hotel are inspired by serene sand dunes and come with stunning city sights. A highlight of the hotel is Villa One, a luxe penthouse that can be touted as an urban beach villa boasting a kitchen, cinema, gym and a city-view pool.
