In an economy with rising house prices, Knight Frank has paved its own path in the multi-billion-dollar prestige property market – and it’s only getting bigger.

A combined 35 years of experience has been added to the Australian team with the two new appointments of Shayne Harris – Partner and Head of Residential Australia, and Mark Manners – Partner and Head of Prestige Residential NSW.

Having led high performing teams across Australia’s prestige market, Shayne was responsible for the businesses selling more than A$1 billion of residential property across the eastern seaboard including selling 112 Wolsely Road in opulent Point Piper for A$37 million.

“As we head into 2020, the market is looking more positive than it has in some time, with property values, as well as buyer sentiment, on the way back up,” Shayne says. “The sharp price upturn in the mass market, particularly in Sydney during the final quarter of 2019 will see further strength and confidence in the prestige markets across the eastern seaboard.”
